Duke Acrylic Sheets For Laser Cutting Have The Following Properties:
1. Transparency: translucent to allow the laser beam to pass through and cut accurately.
2. Thickness: laser cutting works best with acrylic sheets of moderate thickness, typically ranging from 2mm to 40mm.
3. Thermostability: molding temperature up to 200 ℃,withstand the intense heat generated by the laser cutting process without warping, melting, or releasing toxic fumes.
4. Smooth surface: the surface of the acrylic sheet is smooth and free from scratches or imperfections. This helps ensure clean and precise laser cuts.
5. UV resistance: UV resistance are preferred, as they can protect the material from yellowing or becoming brittle due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.
6. Environmental protection: non-toxic and safe to handle, do not release harmful gases or fumes when subjected to the laser cutting process.
7. Available in large sizes: available in large sizes to accommodate different laser cutting machine bed sizes and allow for efficient production.
